STAGE 6
the last of the 30min classes...
We're working on Starts, Turns, IM's further, faster, longer drills and pace changes... Getting ready for full 45min sessions on lengths. improving strength, fitness, endurance, strokes and finer skills
STAGE 7
Lengths, Drills, Stronger, Faster, Fitter...
Further development of Tempo, Distance, Fun races, interesting stroke development drills getting your child ready for their new Coached environment in stage 8
STAGE 8
Further and longer drills and greater distance- 45min classes.
STAGE 9
Children in this group are progressing really well and are ready to get involved in local galas. 1hr cla Children are in this group because they love swimming and want to keep progressing... Children in this group will be good school level swimmers.
STAGE 10
Children in this group are now getting ready to advance to the top end of 1st claim clubs and are ready to excel into a 2nd claim club level swimming regime, ever picking up the training pace and chasing regional/National Swim England objectives and times.
